ICT Group Public Report 2024

When we introduced our strategic roadmap, “The new mindset for growth” in 2023 we marked out a clear route for the years to come. Last year we took the next steps on the pillars defined therein: commercial excellence, European delivery, employer of choice and a solid M&A strategy. ICT’s growth strategy is geared towards being a leading European technology solutions provider in defined markets: Automotive, High Tech, Industry and Infra, Logistics and Public Mobility & Safety. 

In this public report, we present the financial results of 2024 and showcase how we have executed the "Mindset for Growth" strategy. Additionally, we share stories about the environmental and social impact we have made. Of course, we also included client cases that demonstrate our added value for customers. Furthermore, we are proud to spotlight some of our colleagues and highlight their contributions to the success of ICT Group.
