ICT Group B.V. (ICT) announces the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Incore Software B.V. (Incore), Amsterdam. Incore specializes in the development of business-critical logistics and supply chain software.

Incore offers a SaaS application for efficient collaboration within the supply chain with a planning and workflow engine. After its foundation in 2007 by Martin and Ferdinand Swaters, the company grew into a leading provider for the retail sector with the product "Supply Chain Portal". In addition, use in the construction and food sector has increased in recent years. The current owners will also continue to lead the company under the banner of ICT.

Incore is a well-established name in the industry and has a broad installed base with renowned customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Successful companies such as Action, Bol.com, Carrefour, Jumbo, HEMA and Heijmans use Incore's logistics solutions.

Given the rise of more complex logistics processes and the rapid growth in e-commerce, ICT sees strong momentum for Incore to grow in both the retail and construction sectors. In these sectors, goods come from a wide variety of suppliers at home and abroad. Due to the pressure on timing and prices, operational excellence is necessary for adequate cost control.

Karim Henkens, CEO ICT Group: "The acquisition of Incore fits in with ICT's strategy to be a leader in a number of selected markets. Incore strengthens our position in the retail and logistics markets where they can join forces with our existing brands: ICT Logistics, Yellowstar and OrangeNXT. We also see opportunities to expand this proposition to other European countries where ICT Group is active. Incore's employees are passionate academics with an excellent track record and we are happy to welcome them to ICT Group."

Martin Swaters, Director of Incore: "We are looking forward to becoming part of ICT Group. We are a small company with large customers. This acquisition creates the opportunity to further professionalize and expand the services to our customers."
