Looking back: Bachmann Inspiration Day 2026

On Wednesday 16 September, ICT Raster organised the Bachmann Inspiration Afternoon at ICT Group in Woerden. Together with professionals from the maritime, offshore, heavy lifting and mechanical engineering sectors, we explored the future of industrial automation.

From vision to practice

Following a shared lunch, ICT Raster opened the main programme with a presentation on its vision for future-proof industrial automation and the latest developments in this field.

Several organisations then shared their knowledge and practical experience. Bachmann presented a case study on MARIN, while Safeway took attendees through the Osprey/Albatros case. Controllab also gave a presentation centred around a practical case study.

During the interactive breakout sessions, participants explored current challenges and innovations themselves. The afternoon concluded with a joint Q&A session, providing plenty of opportunity to discuss insights, ask questions and exchange experiences.

A valuable gathering

Afterwards, attendees continued their conversations and networking during the well-attended drinks reception. We look back on a successful afternoon that brought together knowledge sharing, practical experience and valuable connections.
