In order to ensure safe and comfortable driving, it is essential that information is presented in a clear manner and relevant to the actual driving situation at any time. Instrument Clusters provide attractive and well-structured possibilities to inform the driver and combine various pieces of information centrally in the driver’s primary viewing range.
Instrument clusters
The Business Unit Automotive & Mobility co-develops Instrument Clusters for leading Tier-1 suppliers in the industry. We have a long track record in developing software and features for Instrument Clusters like human machine interfaces (HMI), fuel tank algorithms, bootloaders, diagnostics, software loading and BAP integrations, for example. We have extensive knowledge in setting up software architectures for Instrument Clusters on both AUTOSAR based architectures and proprietary platforms. Hereby communicating with multidisciplinary teams responsible for electric/electronic, mechanic and production. We typically support in the design, implementation and test of the embedded software for Instrument Clusters, ranging from entry level systems to advanced high-end systems for premium vehicles.
