European collaboration within the ICT High Tech Division took shape in 2024 in a special setting: a beer garden near the ICT Digital Solutions office in Munich. During an informal gathering, while enjoying a German beer, the concept of “European Delivery” was born.
“With this concept, we combine the best of two worlds: local presence and European strength.”
“With this concept, we combine the best of two worlds: local presence and European strength,” explains Nasko Filchev. The COO of ICT Strypes Bulgaria is Operations Director of the ICT High Tech Division. “Our teams working on-site at customer locations collaborate closely with specialized teams across ICT Group’s European offices. All components now reinforce each other across the full breadth of our European footprint. Every employee shares the same drive, commitment, and goals. This broad collaboration enables us to serve the high-tech industry on a European scale. This allows us to help our customers innovate even better and remain competitive.”
“We always have sufficient capacity in-house and are never fully booked. When necessary, we can scale up quickly. We can support our high-tech customers with maximum flexibility, scalability, and continuity of their processes.”
Combining forces within the ICT High Tech Division guarantees customers that the right expertise is always available, says Alexander Dotzler, General Manager of ICT Digital Solutions in Germany. “We always have sufficient capacity in-house and are never fully booked. When necessary, we can scale up quickly. We can support our high-tech customers with maximum flexibility, scalability, and continuity of their processes.”
In-depth domain expertise
The ICT High Tech Division distinguishes itself through in-depth domain expertise in areas such as semiconductors, machine building, and Agri-Tech.
“We understand the complexity of these high-tech production environments, where precision and reliability are crucial. We also know exactly what the high-tech industry will need in the coming years. With our expertise, we deliver IT solutions that are closely aligned with the sector’s business-critical processes and systems. Companies can come to us with their challenges and we will provide the solution,” says Alexander.
Flying start
Discussions with an international manufacturer of advanced measurement equipment for the semiconductor industry gave the EuroDelivery approach a flying start. “This company is very interested in our knowledge of the high-tech industry. We had extensive discussions with the company’s management about this,” Alexander explains. “Our goal was not to immediately deliver concrete solutions or initiate projects, but to present ourselves as a strategic partner. We can serve customers across a wide range of disciplines, from front-end to back-end, from cybersecurity to AI. From the very first introduction, we were able to convince the company of our expertise and technical competencies in the high-tech domain. We presented a compelling story.”
“So far, the customer has been very impressed with what we have delivered.”
The trust-based relationship with the manufacturer of metrology equipment for semiconductors led to a series of projects. “Among other things, we helped the company modernize its development environment and are currently working on new projects,” says Alexander. “So far, the customer has been very impressed with what we have delivered.”
AI tooling
One of the spin-offs was the setup of an AI workshop, supported by ICT Group’s Center of Innovation (CoI). “The high-tech industry is highly interested in AI and data analysis to improve processes,” says Nasko. “Precision, reliability, and continuity are important KPIs in this sector. ICT Group has already developed proven AI tooling, such as the ‘Anomaly Surfer’, a predictive maintenance solution that forecasts machine anomalies. In this way, we make AI very concrete for the customer.”
“A major advantage for us is that ICT Group can demonstrate impressive references,” says Nasko. “We work for leading players in the high-tech market, such as a major manufacturer of extremely advanced machines for semiconductor production. Our solutions for this customer have proven themselves many times over. Now that we work together as one organization, we are promoting these best practices throughout Europe and showing other high-tech companies what we have to offer.”
