ICT Group has built up extensive experience in bridging the gap between the worlds of IT and OT, an ongoing challenge for many organizations. In numerous companies, separate ecosystems still exist: structured IT data from ERP systems and cloud platforms on the one hand, and OT data from machines, PLCs, SCADA systems, and IoT sensors on the other. These data sources fundamentally differ in format, technology, speed, and reliability, ranging from legacy serial protocols to modern real-time MQTT streams. As a specialist in industrial automation and data strategies, ICT Group helps organizations tackle this challenge with a strategic approach.

Carmen Berends
As a Senior Digital Transformation Business Consultant at ICT Group, she brings expertise in data management, Industry 4.0, and project management, with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including roles as a Digital Transformation lead and Data Scientist/Digital Transformation Project Manager. With a strong background in biotechnology and bioprocess engineering, she combines technical knowledge with strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Dirk Zomderdijk
Dirk is a Cloud Engineer at ICT Group with a background in neuroscience (BSc Beta-Gamma, major in Neurobiology) and a Master’s degree in Computational Science. He has 6 years of experience in neuromarketing and data analysis. Since August 2023, Dirk has been working at ICT Group, where he combines his technical and analytical skills in cloud computing and data integration.
Leendert Mijnders
Leendert is Manager Business Consultancy Industry at ICT Group, with nearly 20 years of experience in the IT/OT sector and guiding international companies through their transformation toward smart factories. He specializes in data architecture, AI implementations, and industrial automation. With a strong focus on supporting companies in their digital transformation journeys, he brings deep expertise in MES/MOMS and WMS systems for process automation and supply chain optimization.
