TOC Europe 2023 all about innovations
ICT Group will again be present at this year's TOC Europe in Rotterdam Ahoy. We look forward to meeting you at our stand: F.22. Here we will show you the latest innovations within our Port Suite such as the Digital Twin, Middleware, Internet of Things, Data Driven Smart Solutions and other solutions. Furthermore, we will have interesting demos of our Port Suite. In addition, we also present Yellowstar Solutions' Star Flow End-to-End, the integrated solution that crosses supply chain boundaries.

At our stand we would like to share with you our latest innovations. What can you see in these demo's?
Demo Port Control SmartECS
SmartECS provides a unified platform for communication between devices based on modular, open software architecture that is highly flexible. SmartECS is the solution to implement and match the TIC 4.0 standardisation. This allows you to easily connect external systems. SmartECS frees terminal operators from vendor lock-in by limiting equipment integration to the control level. Generic equipment interfaces allow equipment from different vendors, such as AGVs or ASCs, to work together.
As a member of TIC4.0, we are active in the creation of terminal standards that we also apply in our Port Suite. At the stand, we will be happy to tell you more about it.
Demo Port Insights Performance dashboard
Port Insights allows you to bring all relevant data together in one central location and analyse it directly there. This can be descriptive or predictive in nature. A descriptive application is the PowerBI Port Insights Performance dashboard that comes out-of-the-box with the solution. A predictive application is a reinforcement learning algorithm for optimisation of terminal operations.
Port Control Digital Twin
A digital twin is a virtual twin of your container terminal and is driven by relevant data. The twin provides insight into how the (container) terminal behaves under different simulated conditions and in specific operational events. This allows you to improve your decision-making and optimise business processes. At ICT Group, we combine our rich engineering experience with the latest technologies to create digital twins together with our partners.
Star Flow End-to-End
Star Flow End-to-End is a solution (4PL) that provides real-time control of every order, including full control of the flow of goods and control of transport. This solution offers control of the entire chain from order placement to delivery to the end customer. By setting pre-agreed milestones, the solution allows real-time tracking of orders and immediate intervention if possible.
The execution layer within Star Flow End-to-End facilitates transport control. Here, Yellowstar offers an integrated multi terminal (TOS) and intermodal TMS product. The customer therefore fully controls the transport and all parties always have real-time insight into the status and position of the order.
