CyBro: implementation of ChatSearch for the ICT Group security department

digitalNXT ChatSearch is particularly effective for optimizing chatbots and internal knowledge bases. It was recently implemented for the first time within the security department of ICT Group in the form of CyBro (Cyber Brother), an AI chatbot that centralizes all cybersecurity-related inquiries. CyBro is trained with essential security knowledge, helping employees quickly find the right policies and procedures. Questions can be asked in Dutch or English, with direct answers and links to source documents. If an answer is unavailable, CyBro automatically forwards the inquiry to the Information Security Officer (ISO) for a direct email response. This innovation makes digital security management easier and more accessible for all employees.
