DBFM
As a manager, Innocy has contributed to almost all DBFM (Design, Build, Finance and Maintain) contracts in the Netherlands. We offer services to parties who realise and manage assets, such as municipalities, provinces, investors, owners, managers of ports, airports, the Department of Waterways and Public Works, financiers and builders.
We understand that clients want one partner from the beginning to the end of a project, rather than multiple suppliers for each sub-phase.
