ICT Group achieves Great Place to Work certificate within the first year

That is why we participated in the Great Place to Work employee engagement survey. Great Place to Work is a global organisation that specialises in this type of research. They ask the right questions and are completely independent.
A great outcome
We are proud that 75% of our people participated. A fantastic score. Great Place to Work assesses the results per country and determines whether or not to award a certificate. The outcome of research is that ICT Group achieved the certificate in all countries in the first year. An achievement we are proud of. Most companies do not achieve the certificate the first time and only 50% of all participating companies in the Netherlands achieve the certificate. At group level, we achieved a score of 78%. At Strypes Portugal, this was as high as 93%.
The topics on which ICT Group scored high are: 'I can be myself' and 'We treat each other equally'. These are important themes for ICT Group. Because we believe that people should be able to be themselves, that's when you enjoy your work the most and get the best out of yourself. With us, you don't have to twist and turn. You are Authentic. For instance, this is also reflected in our ‘’Be you, be one of us’’ campaign.
We achieved this together, realised it together. Together, we make ICT Group what it is: a great place to work.
