Control tower for incoming transport
Chain partners can enter transports digitally or manually, including suppliers, forwarders and carriers. The platform then shows the expected arrival times at the distribution centre. This allows meticulous planning of the follow-up operation, from unloading containers or trailers to delivery to customers or shops.

Management by exception
Not every transport proceeds as planned. Weather conditions, traffic blockades, border controls or geopolitical conflicts increasingly cause delays. Because the control tower enables real-time tracking and tracing, you can see at a glance which consignments are behind schedule. This means that you don’t need to spend time in calling, emailing or logging into carriers' track and trace systems.
The control tower monitors the departure as well as the arrival times of each transport. The platform will send alerts in case of progress problems, allowing you to intervene quickly and appropriately. A single click suffices to see the exact problem and the extent of the delay. This gives you extra time to alert all the chain partners involved and take action if necessary.
Document digitisation
From waybill to bill of lading (B/L) and from commercial invoice to customs declaration: searching through systems and mailboxes is no longer necessary because all documents are digitised. Since the content of each shipment is known, the distribution centre receives an advanced shipment notice (ASN) in advance. This makes checking and booking goods much easier.
The benefits
